· Topics include: Team organization, input strategies, consensus-building, and communication skills.
Communication Skills: Personal and Group
· How to improve personal and group communication skills.
· Topics include: Problem ownership, active listening, and "I - Messages."
Distance-Learning:
· How to design, develop, and implement Distance-Learning programs.
· Topics include: Determining course content, writing quality learning prompts, and promoting threaded discussions.
Middle School:
· How to engage faculty, staff, and community members in the design and development of a middle school program.
· Topics include: Components (or characteristics) of developmentally-responsive middle schools and strategies for making the transition to a middle school program.
